Processing of personal data

- Purposes of processing: Your data will be processed for the following purposes: concluding contracts for the services offered by the Controller; fulfilling pre-contractual, contractual and fiscal obligations arising from your relationship with us; managing information or contact requests; complying with national and/or EU legal obligations; exercising the Controller's rights in court; sending you technical information material relating to the services offered and administrative material necessary for the fulfilment of contractual obligations. Providing data for the above purposes is mandatory — without it we cannot guarantee you the services described. We will use your data for marketing purposes only with your consent, for example to send emails containing commercial information about products and services offered by the Controller; providing data for such purposes is optional.
- Processing methods: Data will be processed primarily using electronic and IT tools and stored on IT media as well as any other suitable medium, in compliance with the security measures set out in our internal procedures to prevent data loss, unlawful use or unauthorised access.
- Data retention: Personal data processed to fulfil the provision of services by the Controller is retained for the entire duration of the service. After these periods expire, data is retained until a deletion request is made by the data subject. Personal data processed for marketing purposes is retained until a deletion request is made by the data subject.
- Data access: Your data may be made accessible for the purposes described above to employees and collaborators of the Controller in Italy, in their capacity as duly trained data processors and/or internal processing managers and/or system administrators.
- Data disclosure: Your data will not be disclosed without your consent. The Controller may communicate your data to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, and those parties to whom communication is required by law for the fulfilment of the stated purposes, without the need for express consent.
- Data transfer: Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. It is nonetheless understood that the Controller, where necessary, may move servers outside the EU. In such cases, the Controller ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with applicable legal provisions, following the execution of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.
- Rights of the data subject: As a data subject, you have the right to know, at any time, what data the Controller holds about you and how it is used; you also have the right to have it updated, supplemented, rectified or deleted, to request its restriction and to object to its processing (right of rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
